Account Change Request Form

Im trying to change ownership of account but haven't received the document. I checked my junk/spam folders and have nothing.

user_6nky0q Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I am sorry you’re having trouble getting that form. A couple quick things that will help narrow this down:
  • When did you request the Account Change form?
  • How was the request made (online, over the phone, in a store, or through chat)?
  • Has anything at all come through, even partially, or not seeing anything at all?

Once there’s a bit more detail, it’ll be easier to figure out where the breakdown happened and get you pointed in the right direction.
