Account Inactive

Hello! New Xfinity customer here, I activated my set up roughly 2 weeks ago and as of Yesterday evening none of my device could connect to my wifi. So I went on to the app to look into it and it's saying my account is no longer active? From what I can tell it saying my current bill is zero, and I haven't been with you guys for a month yet to even receive my first bill.

Info and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Good morning and thank you for choosing Xfinity as your provider! Let's check what is causing this interruption in your service! When you signed up did you receive the confirmation email with your service information? Also, did you sign up using your own equipment?

Sometimes, if an order is placed but not completed, then after two weeks the service order will cancel.
