Account Page Not Loading Correctly

When I sign into my account and attempt to access Xfinity ID and Security I keep getting a Page Is Not Loading Correctly error. I have used Firefox and Microsoft Edge with my Windows 11 PC. Does anyone have any ideas?

@XfinityAngie​ I cleared cache and cookies. I also tried using Chrome. Still have the same problem.

Do you by chance have the advanced security option turned on?
