account transfer - already submitted forms but have not heard back

I already submitted the forms and have the ticket number from speaking to an agent on the phone about this. I need to know if this has been processed / when it will be processed as I no longer live at the residence and no longer want to be responsible for the WiFi there.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
