Almost one week and still can't activate my Disney Plus Hulu service that is included in my plan. They keep saying the back end is working on the issue. When I called (2 1/2-hour call again) I asked if they could remove the service and re-add it and see if the activation button is back. I was told a level 2 tech would call me back again never happened.
