Being charged for service that I should not be

I requested a disconnect on May 15 because my house burned down on May 14. I DO have the owner's fire incident report to prove that there was indeed a fire. Power, water and gas were shut off the day of the fire. Xfinity equipment was lost to the fire. The house has to be demolished and rebuilt, a process that will take at least a year, but I'm expected to pay over a thousand dollars because the disconnect request was ignored by Xfinity? Make it make sense. I'm not paying for service that I DID NOT and was NOT able to use.
