Cancel Service Immediately

My mother is in hospital and will not go home - need to cancel service immediately so she does not incur any more charges - help!

Your link doesn’t work!  How do I TALK TO A LIVE PERSON?  Absolutely worst customer service ever!  I’m filing a legal complaint for fraudulent activity as I believe they are purposely keeping me from canceling services!

user_xvozyh To reach customer support by phone, you need to call 1-800-934-6489. However, my team can help you on our end, and you wouldn't need to call in to do so. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
