cannot change password on my primary id

When I try to login to my primary id it asks me to change password and when I try it tells me to get on my home wifi which I am on and it just starts all over again not allowing me to change password.

I would love to contact your customer security assurance team directly can you give the number that seems to not be posted anywhere on any of your websites and when you call 1800 xfinity you can't speak to anyone.
