user_e4xikr, hello and thank you for reaching out through Xfinity Forums. There are a few reasons you would get this error.

1. If you are signing in as a non-primary user. If you are listed as an account manager, you would not have access to the membership benefits.
2. Your account may not be eligible for membership.

If this does not apply to you, let us know and we can help you get this set up.

I am the  primary user. I have always had access to the diamond benefits and have redeemed many. All of a sudden this past week I keep getting the rendering error message.                                                   I'd appreciate any help on this matter.  Thank you!

Thanks for those details, @user_e4xikr. I’m sorry you’ve been running into this error, especially when you’ve previously been able to access and redeem your Diamond benefits without an issue. We’d be happy to help look into what’s preventing the Rewards page from loading. Are you receiving the same rendering error through both the Xfinity app and a web browser?

Hello,

Like user_e4xikr, I also have Diamond membership ... and received the same exact rendering error message, which also happened about 1 week ago.  Subsequently, I am unable to redeem ANY perks / rewards.  This is very frustrating, as I have previously redeemed many rewards without any problem, prior to this latest incident.

I am also the primary account holder.  And have tried the solutions proposed on this forum using both web browsers (Chrome & Edge) on my desktop PC, as well as on 2 different Android phones - both via the Xfinity app & also via my phone browsers (Chrome & Edge).

I've called and chatted with many customer service agents without any success (ie., still unable to redeem any perks / rewards).  I was simply told that my Diamond membership is still active.  All the "escalations" offered & tickets submitted yielded no resolution.

Please help!

Hello, @BB_72 we are aware of the membership access error and actively working to resolve this. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope to restore access to loyal customers like you soon. For now, we are asking those affected to try other browsers and devices. You might also see improved functionality with incognito modes and without using a VPN.

Hello, @XfinityThomasC ~

Appreciate your response.  I have tried ALL of your suggestions (use other browsers, devices, switch off VPN, browse under browser's Incognito Mode).  However, no success - still received "rendering error" message & unable to redeem any membership perks / rewards.

Since this is a known issue that is obviously effecting other membership customers (especially those loyal, long-time customers who are on the Diamond level), what is Xfinity's timeline for fixing this problematic issue, please?

BB_72 That is a great question. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide an estimate of when this issue might be resolved, but we assure you that our teams are focused on getting this fixed as quickly as they can.
