Can’t login

Just made and account and ordered service to my new home and i cant access anything trying to login. The app says im not authorized and if i try to rign in to my account it just loops back.

Hello user_q17z2c and welcome to the Xfinity family! We are excited to have you join us. I understand that you can not log into the Xfinity App, after ordering service.

 

Have you tried using the website to log in? 

 

Logging in could take a couple of hours for the system to process your order. Once that does, you will receive a notification. 

 

Website does not sign me in after putting my id and password. My email and mobile number do not seem to be link to my account as well when i try to recover it. So i should wait for an email for more information about my service?

Thanks for letting us know user_q17z2c. Let's take a closer look at the account and see what is going on. Will you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
