Can you please check your browser setting for blocked cookies or disabled JavaScript, ensuring your Xfinity ID and password are correct and clear out your browser's cache and cookies, or disabling any browser extensions.-Richard

I can't sign in on desktop or mobile app. Attempted sign-in as suggested here and received the following message:
Connection timed out. Please try reloading the page.
I clicked reload and nothing happened. Have already restarted computer and received same message. Has been out for over an hour.
Please advise.
