Can’t sign in

I’ve entered everything correct I tried calling the stores and the help line (same thing btw) my account will sign in and immediately sign out the help line won’t acknowledge I have an account and I can’t see when my setups going to be here

It asks imap password

Good morning @solalem, hope you are having a good weekend so far. That password would be the same as the password you would use for the Xfinity app or the Xfinity website. If you put that password in, does it give an error?
