Change Address

I moved and no longer live in a Comcast area.  I still have Mobile.  I have spent hours trying to change my address, using the AI Assistant and the offshore agents.  I was told 4 days ago the address was changed, but I still see my old address.  Can I write a letter to someone at Mobile to change the address?  My life is too short to keep trying with the offshore folks.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it

Thanks for trying, Kassie.  I attempted the Direct Message path with Support.  Unfortunately, even after numerous attempts, it appears no one is able to solve this problem.  When I open the Xfinity app or log in to my account, it still displays my old address.  The support rep claims the address is changed, so I should not be concerned.

Although a recent e-mail reminds me to accept your solution, I cannot see how anything you (or the several other agents) have done can be categorized as a solution.

user_ouv1xb Thank you for the update. Are you able to sign in under this platform? 
 
It's possible, since the service address was where your services where, you are seeing that address. The billing address should be updated to the new address, and will usually not show; unless you pull the copy of the PDF statement. Please feel free to let me know if there is anything else I can help out with.
