Diamond rewards Peacock offer not showing up

I am new to the platinum rewards level, and when I look at my rewards offers page, the Peacock streaming reward is not available. I was formerly a Gig internet customer and had access that way, so I think there is something that will need to be reset to make the offer appear for me.

Maffoo Hello there! Thank you for bringing your rewards concerns to our Xfinity Forums for assistance. I'm happy to help you get this figured out today. You mentioned that you were formally a Gig customer, but you are also a Platinum rewards member. Did you activate your Peacock subscription prior to this last attempt? If you did, you should still have access. Please let me know if you are running into any issues with logging in.

Thanks for reaching out! I had previously activated my Peacock subscription, though that ended in 2024, when I lowered my internet speed. I am able to log in to my account with Peacock but it shows no active subscription. No Peacock subscription shows up through the Xfinity Manage my Subscription page. When I go to the Xfinity Activate Peacock page, it says I am not eligible, though I should be through the Platinum Rewards. When I view the Platinum Rewards page, there is no option to activate my Peacock subscription there, which is the part that I think is missing.

Good morning @Maffoo, we need to take a closer look at the account. 

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
