DOB and SS number incorrect AGAIN. Please help
When creating my Xfinity mobile account I must've accidentally entered my SS and/or DOB incorrectly and I cannot add services as it gives me an "invalid info" message. I have been on the phone with Xfinity customer service for over 3 hours and spoke to 7 DIFFERENT PEOPLE and the issue is still NOT resolved! I am astonished that no one can help me update my information! This has taken wayyyyy too long and I'm about to cancel ALL of my Xfinity services and go elsewhere!

Another user being punished by this occurrence. Unbelievable that online and in-person support cannot resolve. What's worst is when online support says that they are transferring you to an "expert" and the poor soul is another technician with no increased options/authority.
