Double address

When trying to access my account it shows to of the same address. When I try to access or update billing, view billing details, and add xfinity now stream saver (with Netflix, peacock, and Apple TV)

I used to have regular internet now I have xfinity now. There seems to be a technical issue with my account. I’m trying to get this resolved but no one can help..

Also have you uninstalled the app from your device and reinstalled it yet?

Yes and it’s the website too I’m on the phone and they are trying to figure it out. They transferred me to someone else.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

 

 

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

    • Click "Sign In" if necessary
    • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
      The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
