Entitlement Reset / Reprovisioning for Peacock

Hello - I need an app/streaming entitlement refresh. My account is stuck in an activation loop for Peacock Premium (Error PPG_0017). I have tried clearing my browser's cache & cookies for Xfinity and Peacock, and using an incognito/private window, and trying a different browser. I need a backend support agent to reprovision my account streaming entitlements. Thank you.
