I can't access my account with Firefox or Brave but can with Librewolf

Pretty much says it.

When I sign in, I enter my user name (as I have been doing for the past many years) and the browser returns me to the user name entry page instead of moving on to the password entry.  Same behavior on Firefox and Brave on multiple machines.  This has been going on for a couple of months and I get around it by using Librewolf.  Without going through every setting on all three browsers, can I be directed to the likely candidate settings?

I believe that I have resolved this.  I tracked it to some setting in NoScript, a browser extension that blocks [Edited: "Language"].  Some URL that Xfinity email uses to collect information or execute a script is required or the sign in process will not work.

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?

Yes.

BTW - I tried responding to this message with Firefox and encountered the same problem - when asked to sign on with the popup box, I entered my username and the username popup would not proceed to the password popup.  I got out of Firefox and Librewolf worked.

Hey there, @aluminum! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with attempting to log into your account.

I appreciate you asking some troubleshooting details @Again! Can you confirm if there is an ad block enabled? Is your browser fully up to date? Can you confirm in Firefox settings, ensure "No proxy" or "Use system proxy settings" is selected under Network Settings. Please let us know.
