I have the same problem. I have a Galaxy S10 cell phone. My comcast email on my phone wasn't updating new emails so unloaded it and now it won't let me load it back. It can't authenticate my account. I can get logged in on my laptop. I had trouble with my laptop this past week. AI assist helped correct that...not sure what was done to fix that issue. But email on my phone started yesterday
kmheiwig Can you clarify what email client you are using to access your Comcast email? My colleague, @XfinityJorge, provided a link above, have you attempted the steps in that link to set up your email?
