In November you raised my interent from $85 per month to $123 per month. I then changed my plan back to the $85/month for reduced bandwidth
However, I am still be charged the $123 per month, as of December. I want the $85/month rate, that I signed up for, even if it means a reduced bandwidth. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us, I'm glad you were able to find a new promotion to get your rate back down after your promotion expired.
Since we bill a month in advance, you most likely made the change after your billing statement already came out. If you are on autopay our billing system will deduct that current billing you see, then when you get your next billing statement it will show prorates and credits for the changes that were made.
A great tool to see your billing dates and the dates you're billed for is to jump onto our awesome Xfinity app go to billing details click on the PDF statement and at the top it will show your billing dates and the dates you're billed for.
