Issues with the Xfinity Membership Benefits page

Hello there,

There seems to be an issue with accessing the Xfinity Membership Benefits page.  I have tried on the app, phone, website and via an incognito page.  

On the app I am able to navigate towards the Membership Benefits page but when I select an offer I received a headline asking me to create an account, along with the message "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (Reading fields).

On the website, after logging in I am unable to navigate towards the Membership Benefits page.  Whatever route I use I receive the same message "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields').

Hugely frustrating, as I can see offers I want on the app, but am unable to claim them.

Please let me know how to rectify.  I've been trying on the app and website for 6 hours now with no luck.
