linking addresses that have different account owners

My husband's name is shown on our home Xfinity account, but as I manage the account, my phone number and my email address are the ones provided, not his.

We now have Xfinity wifi at a second address, and I opened the account under my name, using my same phone number (and I believe my same email address as well). I would like to link the two accounts so that I can toggle back and forth on the two addresses on my phone's Xfinity app.

I have followed all advice that I can find online, but am met with "this address cannot be found."

I believe that the only resolution to my problem is to have human help. The chatbots just lead me in circles.

Can you please advise on what I can try next?

Thank you.

Hey there, ptatwood! Thanks for bringing your XFINITY linking account concern to our attention. We understand how important it is to manage all your accounts with peace of mind. Can you please confirm if you have also followed the steps here at XFINITY Manage Multiple Accounts? Please check when you enter the address that you are spelling it as it is shown from the billing statements. If you receive the error message again, let us know, and we will be more than happy to help look into this further for you.

Just to report that I have spent the last 5 hours trying to resolve this via Direct Message. No luck. Every instruction that was provided was incorrect. It is as if the bots have taken over and only non-replies that make no sense are offered. My simple quest to link two accounts (I am the owner of both) was not satisfied. Followed every instruction given. Same bad result. I tried so many times doing what was suggested that I was denied additional verification access and told to wait 24 hours! To add insult to injury, responses were often 15 minutes or more apart, leaving me waiting by my computer. I can no longer use the app on my phone because the phone number was removed from my account! Not by me, but by the misnamed "customer service." I am extremely dissatisfied by the lack of support offered by Xfinity. While the company's customer service has never been exemplary, people at least tried the best they could to help. That has changed. Receiving canned texts that did not address the situation was worse than useless. Shame on you, Xfinity
