Membership

My app says I am a diamond member but when I go to redeem a perk, it tells me I need to join to continue and when I pick join now it just loops back to the same message about joining again.

It seems you may be trying to access your membership benefits using a non-primary Xfinity ID, which can prevent you from viewing them. Ensure you are using your primary Xfinity ID and password to access your membership. If you continue to experience issues, it could be due to your account not being eligible for membership. You may want to create or verify your Xfinity ID at xfinity.com/getstarted

I am in the primary account and it states I am a diamond member and have qualify with the services I have. It seems to be a back end glitch. Can you please assist?

Yes and it shows I am a diamond member but when I go to view or redeem rewards offers, it says I need to sign up and when I click sign up it just keeps looping and I cannot sign up
