Microsoft Edge

So, I mainly use Microsoft Edge browser to check my email daily. I know Edge and other browsers have the feature to auto sing-in. Iv haven't recently been able to do this for some reason.

I had a tab icon saved in my favorites bar so I could just click, auto sign-in and check my email quickly and easily, but now its asking me to sign-in every time. Is there some way I could reconfigure Edge settings to fix this?

Good afternoon @Guest81. Have you tested signing in on any other browser?

Chrome works. Firefox wouldn't show my account information for some reason.

I would like to get it back to working with Edge if I could.

Thank you for confirming. The auto sign-in feature is a feature of your browser, not our Xfinity site. You can check to make sure the autofill check if the option "Autofill" is enabled in the Edge settings.

1-Click on Menu(...) then click on Settings
2-Click on Profiles then click on Passwords
3-Change the Sign-in option to automatically

If you are still having issues I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft support for help.
