Missing Peacock Activation Banner / Account Eligibility Error

Hello, my plan includes Peacock Premium, but when I try to use the activation link, it gives me an error saying my account isn't eligible. Please re-provision my account and push the Peacock entitlement token to my ID.

Yes, I have an existing Peacock account under this email address, but inside the app it shows no active subscription. I recently moved and signed up for a new 5-year plan at my current address, which includes 3 years of Peacock Premium. However, when I try to use the activation link, it tells me my account isn't eligible (likely because it's past the initial 90-day window). Could you please re-issue or re-provision the activation token for my new address/account?

stevenf1 We can look closer into this on our end as we will need to pull up your account details.

Click "Sign in" if necessary.

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

Click the "Start new conversion" (Pencil and paper) icon.

In the  "To:" Line, type "Xfinity Support".

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An  "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the  "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
