Multibillion dollar company with the slowest website and [Edited] customer support

Takes forever for anything to load, on any browser, chrome, firefox, safari, and even their phone app. Trying to get a hold of someone to talk about issues instead of getting the run around by their unhelpful AI is atrocious. Cutting corners and not taking care of customers, but nothing will be done about it, they just care about their income.

@Koizumi87 Thank you for making us aware you're having issues with your internet service via Forums. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this slow internet service you're currently experiencing. So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the modem? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?

If the OP is having the same problem I'm having, it's on Xfinity's end, not ours. I have zero issues with accessing other sites. The site is IMPOSSIBLE to use for anything other than increasing your service level and paying your bills, and even that is questionable and loads slower than dial-up. I have been trying all morning to "manage my plan" from both the site and the app, and all I get is the loading screen. It's like this every single time I attempt to change my plan. I can't access the site to change it, but y'all certainly don't have any trouble hiking my rates up. 

If Xfinity didn't have a monopoly on service in my area, I'd be with absolutely *any* other provider.
