Hi there, @user_wybarh! Thanks for working to get your bill paid. This link goes over the different options to pay, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-your-bill-echat. Do you need any assistance going over the amount that will be due or have any other questions about your bill?

@XfinityRay​ My IT guy fixed it. It cost me $300 to access my account.
