Overly complicated login process when streaming through a Windows PC

After logging into Xfinity on my Windows PC, and using dual authentication - why do I have to login again (dual authentication again too) when I click on streaming (in the account management area)?

Please inform me why this is necessary when I already have full access to my account. Thanks in advance
