Peacock Activation Issues

Hi, I recently moved to a new address that has a new account number associated with it.  I get free Peacock with my service.  Now, I am permanently stuck in an activation loop trying to link my existing Peacock account. Can a specialist please open a backend ticket to do an Account Entitlement Reset/Refresh to unlink the old address to the email account?  Thank you! (FYI, I already unlinked the old address, but it still does not work)

Good morning @user_qr2y6a, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with Peacock at the new address, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. Thank you for letting us know that you have already unlinked your Peacock account from the old address. After you did that did you try going through the Peacock activation process again for the new address?

@XfinityJeff​ Hi, yes I did try to go through the activation process again only to get the same error message that the email is already tied to another account. I was using the xfinity peacock subscription before the move, but after our new address service was activated the peacock subscription stopped working and activation attempts tell me that it is already liked to another peacock account. Peacock tells me that this is an xfinity issue and that it is still attached to the older address xfinity account. How to I remove the older xfinity account from the peacock account?

@user_qr2y6a Oh wow, okay thanks for trying that. The next step is to link your services to the new location. Follow the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts, to ensure your online profile and everything from the old location is unlinked, so it all ties and links to your new account. That will tell Peacock you have an account to use on our behalf.

Hello,

I tried to link the account, but unable to anymore. I earlier followed another post's advice to unlink all of my older accounts and delete them. Now that the account is deleted, I cannot even find it when searching. Is there a way to clear the older accounts so that they are no longer connected to the peacock subscription?
