Peacock activation

Hi, 

when I try to activate the Peacock subscription, it always says "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account." Please help!

Greetings @user_w65nkw, thank you for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Community Forum! That message usually means your Xfinity account may already be linked to a different Peacock account. 

Just to better understand, have you used Peacock with your Xfinity account before?

Yes, I think I had peacock via xfinity before. Either at a different address, with a different xfinity account or a with a different peacock account that I do not have access to anymore. Is there a way to reset this?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
