Peacock subscription activation

I recently subscribed to Xfinity Gig service with a 2 year Peacock subscription for free but I'm having issues trying to activate the service. It shows I don't have any subscriptions to activate.

Hey there garojas1980 here is some additional information about activating your free Peacock Premium subscription. 

  1. Go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in to your account with your primary Xfinity ID and password.
  2. You’ll reach the Xfinity StreamStore, where you can easily activate and manage your streaming subscriptions.
  3. Click Activate next to Peacock Premium.
  4. Enter the email address you want to use for your Peacock account. Then, click Continue.
  5. Create your Peacock password and provide other account details. Then, click Activate.
    • If you already have a Peacock account, you’ll be prompted to enter your existing Peacock email address and password. Then, click Sign In & Activate.
  6. You can now watch Peacock Premium content! To begin, click Start Watching Peacock.

Note: If you already have a paid Peacock subscription, you may need to manage your existing subscription to avoid multiple active subscriptions and corresponding charges. For instructions on canceling your existing subscription, see peacocktv.com/help/article/cancellation.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately none of those links did it for me. I keep getting the message "We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer" even though my account is eligible for it.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address
• Press Enter to send it
