Remove account manager
I'm trying to remove my son as an account manager so he can set up service in his own home. When I try to remove him, it says he had a pending payment (even though i the account owner). I made the payment early to remove him but it still says he has an outstanding payment.

We often see family members listed on multiple accounts, especially when they have their own account and occasionally reach out on behalf of their family members for that member’s account. Is your son running into any errors when trying to add/link their Xfinity ID to their new account?
