Resetting password have tried 10 times, this is for my second login acct

I get the message “please work with your primary account holder to reset your password”

How do i have 2 different emails on the same acct

For security, password resets are completed via self-service options. We are unable to reset passwords. 

I've changed my password multiple times. I had no issues when I had only xfinity as my tv and internet provider. With the phone, now I cannot access my email. I change the password repeatedly. Should I return to another phone carrier to resolve this issue?
