says user ID and/or password incorrect OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN

says user ID and/or password incorrect OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN and it does this intermittently for days. So frustrated. Both are correct every time it won't let me in. I pay sooooo much money to Comcast that I expect to be able to access my email at any time when using MY CORRECT LOGIN AND PASSWORD. Fix this glitch, Comcast! Or give me a way to talk to a REAL person, your AI system is a joke.

user_c5eaeb, that's great, I appreciate your flexibility and time to work on this. I use my email dail, so I totally get why this is important. Are you accessing your email through the Xfinity site, or through a 3rd party email client?

Nope, it didn't work clearing out cache and cookies. I access my email straight through Xfinity, no 3rd party.

user_c5eaeb, Understood, and thank you for trying that for us. Are you able to confirm if you've logged into the Xfinity email website within the last year? The reason I ask is that customers are required to log in at least once within 12-months to maintain access.

I log into the Xfinity email website SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, every day. Also, sometimes it takes a few times after hitting 'log out' for it to actually log out! It keeps reloading the page. From any computer that I'm on, so it's not a particular device.

I have the same problem.  I have been using Thunderbird for over 3 years.  Suddenly It stopped working and I had to go to the actual website.  Now even that doesn't work.  Thunderbird seemed to work for a week, then it started again this morning & I can't even access the web site!  [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Hello @mpsportster, thank you for leaving a comment. When you head over to the Xfinity site to check your email, are you seeing an error message when you try to log in, or is the page just not loading at all?
