Sign in and Order error
I'm a new customer and I am trying to order the items for internet set up as I am moving to a new place that requires for me to get my own personal Wi-Fi. I have tried multiple times to order the bundle I wanted, and I would get all the way through, but once I submitted the order nothing happened. I would not get an email about the order, it would just take me back to the main screen and I wouldn't be signed in anymore, but I'm also having issues just being able to sign in and staying signed in. I'm moving out soon and am really hoping I can get this figured out in time to make sure I have the set up by the time I get to my new place. I have read other people's posts and have seen they have had similar or the exact problems I am having, and I have tried with what was suggested but its not working so I am really needing help.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
