Sign in loop, account has no access to app or website.

Every time I try logging into Xfinity whether through browser or app I get the message “Access not authorized You signed in successfully, but you must be an xfinity user to enjoy this service.” I ordered this service on 8/3/25 and the issue still hasn’t cleared up.
