Signed in and signed back out
I have been unable to access my account for almost a week now. I have now talked to 5 different people and things have only gotten worse. It's to the point now that the system either tells me that I have to be connected to home wifi (I always am) or it will log me in and then log me right back out again.
And the security team can't help me because I don't have my account number....but I can't get my account number because my bills are paperless and I can't access my account. I have never had such horrible service from a company before. I have been with Xfinity/Comcast since 2011. I just ordered 2 new iPhones that will be here today and I won't even be able to activate them. If I hadn't done that, I would be cancelling my service.

If you're signed in to your account, or even if you're not......clear out your cookies and cache and sign out if you are signed in, close your browser, and then start a new session. Post back if you're still having problems.
