Signed out as soon as I sign in

I am a new customer with xfinity, and just finished the process to use xfinity for my new internet service. I had finished the process of selecting a service and setting up payment for it but later received an email to finish signing up. I then tried signing into my xfinity account to check, and immediately after signing in, and clicking on the profile button, the only option shown was sign out, and shortly after, without me clicking to do so, I was signed out. I did set the service start date to be a few days following this, so I am not sure if that has anything to do with it, but it worries me as I had wanted to try checking on my account due to the email.

Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. Please keep that in mind for the future.
