I wish to set-up pay-online. In order to sign in, they want to send me a verification code by email. My only email address is

comcast.net and the statement is that I cannot use a Comcast email...? Rather dumb...but is there another way to set up

pay online ?

Anon314168 That is a great question! When access to your online account being so importiance we wanted to make sure that if any issues happend to your Xfinity email account you would still be able to access your online account. To do this we ask that you use a non Xfinity email address or phone number. You should be able to set up your profile using just a mobile number able to receive text messages that would do the same by sending you a link you can us to login and verify your account with.
