For clarification, are you referring to someone accessing your Xfinity account, or unauthorized devices connected to your WiFi network?
If you're looking to block devices from accessing your WiFi, you can do so through the Xfinity app by navigating to the WiFi tab, selecting the device you'd like to block, and choosing Pause. You can also manage device access and Admin Tool permissions through the Xfinity app.
