Something Went Wrong with Account Creation

I created an Xfinity account about a month ago, but now I can't do anything with it. I can sign in, but if I try to navigate to any of the account pages like the contact info page or the account and identity page it just displays an error saying "something unexpected happened". I went through the account sign in troubleshooting page steps like trying a different computer, browser, clearing cache and cookies. Nothing has worked. I'm not using any extensions on this browser. I haven't had the chance to do anything with this account, so at this point it would be fine if you just delete all traces of the account and let me create a new one.

Thanks.

Hello @user_ay19cw do you have active, working services in your home? It sounds like a service order may have not been finalized.

No, I do not have active services in my home. I only created the account, but haven't set up any services yet. I think I started to set up services, but I noticed it had the wrong address, so I tried to change it, but I can't get to that page to update it.

@user_ay19cw I would start from step one and create a new service order.

Can you give me specific instructions of what you want me to do? Nothing I do with this account works. I don't think it will let me do what you want me to try.

If the ID is not active, and services are not active, then no functions will work when signing in. You will want to go to www.Xfinity.com and start a new order.
