Hey there, @user_c5vw3e! Thanks for coming to the Xfinity Community Forum and for posting your question about changing user roles for an account. You've come to the right place for help! Our team is awesome to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues, providing you with all the information you need :) Please see the "Change user roles" section of this article, and let me know if that helps! The Primary/Account Holder is the one who can typically edit existing user roles on an account.

@XfinitySara that didn't help whatsoever. How can i instead go about just taking my email off the account entirely if i am not primary account holder anymore. I have asked the primary to donit multiple times but said person has refused to.

Trying to sign into a different account while at my own home or from my phone number keeps automatically taking me to my own account. I don't want to log into my own account. How can someone else actually access their account information? I am trying to assist a family member with health issues.

Good afternoon @user_fb77j0. Are you using the app or a web browser? If you are using a web browser, can you try a private/incognito one?

In addition to what @XfinityRaf posted, make sure you're logging out of your account.  And, you might have to delete your cookies and cache and then close your browser and start a new session.
