Take ownership of an email address from another xfinity account

Hi,

I have an email address which is under my friend's xfinity account. I have been using that email address for official business etc. I would like to move/transfer that email address to my xfinity account. I do not want to lose that emaill address in case anything happens to her (service disconnect etc.). I cannot get a live agent on Xfinity Assistant. Is there anyone I can connect with?
