The zip code for my Xfinity account is correct but the service address has the incorrect zip code

Hi I'm wondering how I can change my service address to the correct zip code.  My mailing address is 97003 and my physical address is the same 97003 but for some reason the service address has me as being at 97006.

I get a statement online but they have never sent a physical copy of any of my statements.

@XfinityAlfonso​ I just looked at my newest Statement on the website and my physical service address says 97006 but below my mailing address has the zip as 97003. But in fact they are both the same.

Thanks for clarifying, some customers have it set up to have their bill forward to a different address, so it sounds like we just need to update your forwarding address on your account. I'll be happy to get this taken care of for you just send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
