user_5q2q7d Good morning! The sign in option like that would traditionally only be coming up if you are attempting to pair with the Xfinity Hotspot side of the device, and not the onboard internet. Can you look on your device settings what Wi-Fi it is attempting to pair with? Sign in wise, the Hotspot would be looking to get your Xfinity User ID information to connect.
