Transferring only one account to another person

Hello,

Bear with me, because this is a little long and complicated. I was the owner of the xfinity account at my previous address that I shared with my soon to be ex-husband. When I moved out, we filled out a form that transferred the account to him. I got Xfinity service at my new address, but our accounts were linked under the same profile. It would seem that the name on the old account was changed to his, but the phone #, email, and password were still mine. So one "profile" owned both "accounts". He has since relocated the "original" account to his new address. A customer service representative I spoke to on the phone said that I could have him approve changing the name on the profile back to mine, have him make his own profile, and transfer the account corresponding to his address to him through the app. I had him make his own profile and added him as a manager to "his" account, but I wasn't able to fully transfer it to him via the app. I spoke to a customer service rep at my local Xfinity store, who said that if we both came in to the store we could get the account moved over to him. I would really rather not have to go to a branch location with him and am wondering if there is an alternative option. He would be willing to sign forms, provide necessary ID, etc.
