Two accounts with same phone number and address

I am unable to access my Comcast bills as there are two accounts linked to the same address and phone number. Although my bills are getting paid, I cannot log into the correct account. When I try, I am told I need to reset my password. When I try to reset my password, it says I need to be connected to my home wifi. I am connected to my home wifi. I don't know what to do.

@XfinityBenny​ No. Only one account is active, and the active account is the one I can log into. I need to access the receipts for my internet service for reimbursement from my employer.

@user_36ic8f, thanks for confirming. To be clear, you're stating there are 2 XFINITY login ID's associated to one billing address and phone number? Or are you trying to log in to an ID for a previous billing address to get statements?
