Two accounts
When I try to sign n to my account my address comes up twice. I switched to NOW Internet and dropped tv and mobile and since then I guess I have two accounts, one with no service. I encounter problems signing into either account. It either says I need to sign out and enter m6 address which leads no where or it says contact Xfinity. I tried a chat but it was not resolved. Help please.
