unable to connect my IPhone to comcast account
I have tried numerous times to access my email on my IPhone, but unable to do, "the message reads unable to connect to comcast at this time" Why?
This happened after I changed the password to the account.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I’ve had the same thing happen to me. So if you've changed your Xfinity ID password you need to go into your iPhone settings and update the password on your iPhone.
Are you able to access your email via https://login.xfinity.com/login or by Jumping on the Xfinity app going to the search button and type in “go to my e-mail box”
