Unable to log in on any browser. Three dot animation.

If I try and log in to my account on the Xfinity site it displays a three dot animation and then crashes. I have tried on Mac laptop Chrome and Safari, iPad Chrome, Android phone, PC computer at work running Microsoft Edge....nothing works.

I see in the forums that this same issue has been going on for a few years. Can the website not be updated so that it works?

I see in the forums that this same issue has been going on for a few years. Can the website not be updated so that it works? 

Try logging in using incognito mode.
